Fossey’s Original Gin Elixir has also expertly blended a perfect trio of Mildura grown citrus bringing 130 years of dedication and tenderness growing citrus into each bottle to make something that is truly our own.
In 1887 the Chaffey brother’s settled in Mildura from California with an irrigation plan and Valencia orange seeds in tow. Since then, our growers have absolutely perfected the art of citrus production and therefore we give Mildura’s Valencia Oranges pride of place and rightly so. These perfectly sweet and abundantly grown oranges are a staple to any citrus lover simply because they warm the belly and make everything right in the world.
Not be outdone, the Tangelo with its little kick perfectly combines and balances the trio and that “mmm exquitness” that gently wafts over you and tickles the back of your throat?
Finally we owe the unique perfumed sourness unmatched by any other citrus in the world to the Bergamot orange. This enigma in the citrus world is a little understood, but sought after by those in the know.
