Just for World Gin Day our Friends Dag and Michelle at Botanica will serve Fossey’s Original Small Batch Gin over ice, with Bitter Orange, Tonic Water and Blood Orange Sorbet.

This delicious cocktail is garnished with orange and mint. (FYI, the sorbet melts and mixes with the drink and it turns pink)

To celebrate World Gin Day (a day late) as well as local arts festival YarnFest, UpStart will serve a special Fossey’s Gin Tom Collins cocktail at Off The Record from 6pm Sunday June 10.

Brass Monkey – New Cocktail Launch


At Brass Monkey, they’re rather partial when it comes to limes. They use it in the majority of their dishes.  Lime brings a refreshing citrus acidity to any drink and in their cocktail, the flavour is spun out into three distinct and identifiable notes that they find really exciting. (You probs will too!)

The lime skins bring the zesty notes expected from lime, but the Fossey’s desert lime infused gin adds a fragrant and subtle banknote that keeps you coming back for more.

Add in Brass Monkey’s house made lime husk syrup, egg white, lime juice, dash of soda and dehydrated lime leaf powder, and you’ve got a lovely long, balanced and quaffable drink that matches their food perfectly, and even better with friends.

This will be one of Brass Monkey’s new cocktails and they’re launching it for World Gin Day!

The crew at blk.mlk are working on some Fossey’s ginspired eats for you just for World Gin Day.

Fossey’s Gin Jam orange and lemon curd hot cake with a Fossey’s Toddy cream to be precise.  Try it as a precursor (or in the aftermath of) our World Gin Day Laneway Festival.

You’ll have to get in quick because these guys are using the very last of our gin jam stock so if ya snooze ya lose!
